EL Apartments provides services as part of a facility that is not a hotel facility. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and staying on the premises of the facility and are part of the contract which is concluded by making a reservation, paying an advance payment or the entire amount due for the stay at EL Apartments. By making the above-mentioned activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations. The Regulations are available at www.elapartments.pl and in each apartment.

1. Apartments are rented for days. The day starts at 2 p.m. and lasts until 11 a.m. the next day. The request to extend the stay beyond the indicated period should be reported by the Guest by phone, e-mail or by the tourist operator. Guests’ wishes to extend their stay will be taken into account subject to availability of the apartments.
2. The keys to the apartment will be located in the electronic depository located at the entrance door to the apartment, and the code to the depository will be provided by e-mail on the day of check-in. The keys to the parking space may also be kept in the depository.
3. EL Apartments reserves the right to enter the apartment after 11.00 on the day of the end of the stay. If the Guest’s belongings are left in the apartment and there is no possibility of contacting them, they will be packed and stored until the Guest’s arrival.
4. The apartment is cleaned upon arrival and upon departure. Additional cleaning during the Guest’s stay is possible for an additional fee of PLN 50.00.
5. During the booking process, the Guest is required to provide their personal and credit card details. By providing credit card details, the Guest agrees to debit his account up to the amount due for the purchased service.
6. The guest cannot make the room available to third parties, even if the period for which the guest has paid the due amount for the stay has not expired.
7. If it is found that there are more people in the premises than the reported one, PLN 200.00 will be charged for each additional person.
8. The reservation can be canceled free of charge 7 days before the planned date of stay. Failure to cancel the reservation within the specified time or failure to appear will result in the debit of the payment from the credit card provided in the reservation.
9. EL Apartments may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the provisions of these Regulations during an earlier stay, in particular by causing damage to the property of EL Apartments or the property of other Guests.
10. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report them by e-mail or by phone, which will allow employees to improve the standard of services provided.
11. Each time leaving the room, the Guest should check that the windows and entrance doors to the apartment are closed.
12. Children under the age of 12 should be under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused by children under their care.
13. EL Apartments shall not be liable to Guests for loss or damage to items brought into the Apartment with material and non-material value, cars left on the premises and items left in it. The Guest should notify the Landlord of the damage immediately after its discovery, in order to take appropriate action.
14. Personal belongings left in the apartment by the departing Guest will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at their expense. If the Guest does not receive an instruction to send back the items left behind, EL Apartments will store the above items for a period of three months, and after this period, the items will be disposed of. Food and underwear will not be stored.
15. In the event of faults in the Apartment, the Guest is obliged to immediately notify the landlord. If the defect cannot be removed, EL Apartments will make every effort to mitigate the inconvenience as far as possible or make an apartment of a similar standard available.
16. There is a curfew in the Apartments from 22.00 to 6.00 the next day. The behavior of guests outside the hours of curfew should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests and residents.
17. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use electrical devices that are not part of the apartment’s equipment. The above provision does not apply to devices such as charger, power supply and computers.
18. The guest is responsible for all persons staying in the apartment during their stay at EL Apartments.
19. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of EL Apartments equipment and technical devices caused by the fault of his or her visitors.
20. In the event that the Guest or their visitors cause damage to the premises, which will result in the inability to temporarily use, the Guest shall pay the full fee for the number of days of exclusion from use in accordance with the price list and cover the cost of the damage.
21. EL Apartments may refuse to continue providing services to a person who breaks the regulations. A guest who violates the regulations is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of employees, pay for any damage and destruction caused, and to immediately leave the premises of the facility. The guest also agrees to have his credit card charged to cover any damage caused.
22. The Guest agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of checking in and placing the Guest’s data in the EL Apartments database in accordance with the Act of October 29, 1997. about personal data protection. (Journal of Laws No. 133 of 1997, item 883, as amended) The guest has the right to inspect their personal data and to correct them.
23. The guest agrees to issue VAT invoices without a signature. In order to receive a VAT invoice, the Guest is obliged to inform the Lessor by e-mail or telephone about the intention to receive the invoice no later than on the day of arrival.
24. Smoking and other drugs are strictly forbidden in the Apartments. The penalty for smoking in the Apartment is PLN 500.00.
25. Pets are not allowed at EL Apartments.
26. The guest incurs an additional cost of PLN 500.00 for each security service in the event of disturbing the night time.
27. It is forbidden to organize parties in the apartments. For the organization of the event, EL Apartments will charge the Guest with a fine of PLN 1,000.00.
28. It is forbidden to publish photos and other multimedia materials produced in the apartments, which may violate the good name of EL Apartments.
29. EL Apartments reserves the right to amend these Regulations.
